REFLEX CES boards, based on Stratix® 10 FPGAs with HBM2 from Intel®.
High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) offers benefits in performance, power efficiency and footprint. HBM2 is the next generation of HBM, and offers the highest DRAM bandwidth currently available.
It is the perfect solution for applications that need more performance than standard DRAM.
Intel® incorporates a high-performance FPGA with HBM2 DRAM in a single package, saving valuable space on the PCB, and increasing the system memory capacity.
Intel® uses HBM2 technology on Stratix® 10 MX FPGAs. Intel® Stratix® 10 MX devices integrate up to two HBM2 devices in a single package, enabling a maximum memory bandwidth of up to 512 GB/s.
Boards will be available soon. Please contact our sales team at email@example.com for more information
